Most constants were ommitting the LOAD_ prefix, some weren't.

There were a lot of warnings when building freetype-rs, so I went out to fix those. While I was at it, fixed other details I encountered, liberally breaking backwards compatibility :)
Please let me know what you think. If you think I went overboard, I can remove the offending commits.
